Yes, an actual one-room schoolhouse from the mid-19th century, renovated into a warm, inviting coffee shop serving organic coffee and fresh-baked goods. The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening ribbon cutting to welcome this creative new business to the community.

For anyone who lives in Bellbrook or the surrounding Sugarcreek Township area, this is a special addition. It combines historic preservation with the kind of local coffee shop every neighborhood wishes it had. I love seeing entrepreneurs think differently about space and community. If you have not visited Bellbrook yet, this is a great reason to make the trip.

Jersey Mike's Subs Coming to Xenia

Jersey Mike's Subs is opening a new location in Xenia at 110 Hospitality Drive. The popular sub chain, known for fresh-sliced meats and bread baked daily, continues to expand across Greene County. For Xenia residents and anyone who works in the area, this is a welcome new option for a quick lunch or carryout dinner. Xenia's commercial corridor continues to grow, and this is another positive sign for the city's revitalization.

Burn Boot Camp Expands to Beavercreek

Burn Boot Camp expanded into Beavercreek in late July 2026.
